Participation in the Promotion is free.
The information collected through the entry form may be used for the administration of the Promotion and for other purposes described in the applicable Privacy Policy and consent notices.
6. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON
Each eligible person may submit one entry only during the Promotion Period.
Multiple entries submitted by the same person, including entries submitted using multiple email addresses or identities, may be disqualified.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably believes have been submitted fraudulently, automatically, using multiple identities or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
7. ROBIN CHALLENGE QUESTIONS
Participants will be required to answer a small number of questions relating to intercom solutions, projects, professional activities and/or the Robin product range.
The questions are intended to encourage engagement with Robin and to help the Promoter better understand the professional profile and project interests of participants.
The answers to the questions will not be used to rank participants or determine the winner.
Subject to applicable local law, all eligible entries that satisfy the entry requirements will have an equal chance of being selected.
8. PRIZE
One (1) eligible winner in Europe and one (1) eligible winner in America will receive:
- One (1) Robin Touch SIP intercom, or an equivalent Robin product selected by the Promoter.
The approximate Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of the prize is €1,885.
The exact model, configuration and accessories included in the prize may be determined by the Promoter.
Where the advertised product is not commercially available in the winner's country, the Promoter may, subject to applicable law, substitute the prize with an equivalent CDVI product of equal or greater value.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner in Europe and one (1) winner in America will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The random selection will be performed by the Promoter using a random selection process.
The Promoter may use a spreadsheet-based random number generation process or another equivalent electronic randomisation method.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The Promoter's decision regarding the selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The selected winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided at the time of entry.
The winner may be required to confirm their eligibility and provide information reasonably required to arrange delivery of the prize.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, does not respond, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter may select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
11. PRIZE DELIVERY
The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner's eligible country of residence.
CDVI will cover the standard shipping costs associated with delivering the prize.
Where reasonably possible, the prize may alternatively be handed over directly to the winner by the relevant CDVI subsidiary.
Any delivery arrangements will be agreed with the winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
12. TAXES AND OTHER COSTS
Any taxes, duties, customs charges or other costs associated with receiving, importing, owning or using the prize will be handled in accordance with applicable local law.
Where required by law, the winner may be responsible for applicable taxes or reporting obligations associated with the prize.
The Promoter may request information from the winner where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable tax or legal requirements.
13. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
Personal data collected through the Robin Challenge entry form will be processed for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting the winner, delivering the prize and fulfilling applicable legal obligations.
The information provided by participants, including professional, technical, project and product-interest information, may also be used by CDVI to better understand participants' professional profiles and needs, qualify business leads and, where permitted by applicable law, enable the relevant CDVI entity or Sales team to follow up with participants regarding their current or future projects.
The applicable CDVI Privacy Policy is available at:

Where a participant provides marketing consent, their personal data may be used to send relevant CDVI marketing communications in accordance with applicable law and the applicable Privacy Policy.
The Promoter may share relevant participant information with the appropriate CDVI subsidiary or Sales team where this is permitted by applicable law and supported by an appropriate legal basis.
14. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Participants may be invited to opt in separately to receive communications from CDVI concerning products, services, training, events, news and other marketing information.
Refusing marketing communications will not prevent an eligible participant from entering the Promotion or winning the prize.
Participants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time in accordance with applicable law.
15. PUBLICATION OF THE WINNER
Subject to applicable law and any required consent, CDVI may announce or publish information about the winner, which may include:
- first name;

The Promoter will obtain any consent required by applicable law before publishing personal information or photographs of the winner.
The winner may be invited to participate in a CDVI social media or marketing announcement concerning the Promotion.
16. DISQUALIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry where it reasonably believes that:

- more than one entry has been submitted by the same person;
- the participant has attempted to manipulate the entry process;

17. CHANGES, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION
The Promoter reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, extend or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any material changes will be communicated through the relevant campaign page or other appropriate communication channel.
The Promoter will not make changes that unfairly prejudice participants who have already entered, except where required by law or necessary due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
18. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter will not be responsible for:
- technical failures preventing entry;
- interruptions to internet or telecommunications services;
- lost, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries;
- delays or failures caused by circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control; or
- any loss or damage resulting from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
19. GOVERNING LAW
The Promotion will be subject to the applicable laws and mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which the participant resides.
Local versions of these Official Rules may contain additional provisions required by local law.
In the event of any conflict between these Master Official Rules and mandatory local law, the mandatory local law will prevail.
