The BBG is a high-security emergency release push-button fitted with three control contacts (three-pole) and a reset key. It has been specifically designed for integration into emergency exits and doors controlled by electronic locking systems, such as electric locks and electromagnetic solenoids. Its installation in escape routes and mass evacuation zones ensures the immediate and safe release of access points in the event of any emergency.
Pressing the front of the unit activates the door’s quick-release mechanism to allow for a smooth evacuation. At the same time, the device emits a dual alert: an integrated status LED provides a clear visual indication (red for operational mode and green for standby mode), whilst a high-powered buzzer emits a loud sound to attract immediate attention. This enables security and emergency response teams to quickly locate the point of activation.
Manufactured from high-strength ABS plastic with a polycarbonate cover, this high-quality push-button is optimised for surface-mounted installation in indoor spaces. The system can be easily reset to its original standby state using the included physical reset key, eliminating maintenance costs associated with replacing parts and allowing the device to be reused indefinitely after activation.
